We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards and participate with a number of insurance companies, including Aetna PPO, Ameritus PPO, Cigna PPO, Delta Dental Premier, GEHA Dental Connection, Guardian PPO, Federal FEP BC/BS, Humana PPO, and Principal PPO. Each insurance company may have a number of plans with differing benefits, deductibles, co-pays, and annual maximum coverages.
We encourage you to submit a pre-treatment estimate (also known as a pre-determination) so you will fully understand the scope of your coverage and financial responsibility. Our front desk staff is experienced and will assist you in submitting these forms.
